Aspire to Inspire is a well-established behavioral health, consultation, and clinical supervision practice with locations in Hurricane (Teays Valley) and St. Albans, WV. We are also telehealth-capable! Aspire to Inspire is a small business that is family-owned, clinician-run, and locally-operated in WV. Our mission is to make high-quality mental healthcare reasonably accessible and to provide a supportive space where clients can truly feel heard, understood, and empowered. We also believe in caring for our team of clinicians by maintaining a positive, healthy workplace so they can do their best work. We provide a professional, rewarding, and supportive atmosphere to help clinicians reconnect with what brought them to this profession in the first place. We also want them to be well (and happy!) in the process. We offer small minimum caseloads (maximum determined by the clinician), and clinicians also set their own schedule to allow for work/life balance. We envision a community where everyone has access to the care they need - no matter who they are or what challenges they are facing.
