We are currently working on continuous improvement programs and new projects throughout the business. One of the ways in which we have ensured Assemco can change to meet the markets changing demands is through utilising a unique people management system called MyKPI. MyKPI was created by Assemco’s Managing Director, Danny Vorhauer. The system replaces traditional hierarchy management systems that seek to employ “Managers” to oversee staff. Instead, MyKPI provides staff members with the tools to self-manage their area of the business via daily KPI’s thereby allowing staff to become fully engaged in being part of the company’s successes. MyKPI was first implemented in Assemco in May2011. Since then, the organisation has witnessed considerable benefits such as a significant reduction in costs, increased quality output, reduction in staff turnover and increased customer satisfaction. Here at Assemco, we believe our extensive years of experience, coupled with dynamic leadership, teamwork, and the effective systems we have in place, provide a stable platform which is essential in order to grow in our ever changing market.
