Assertis has been providing selling train tickets online since 2008. OUr tech is accredited by Rail Settlement Plan (RSP) and we are licensed to retail train tickets by Rail Delivery Group (RDG) on behalf of the train operators. Besides our own website at railsmartr.co.uk, our technology also powers journey planning, ticket retailing, after sales, delay repay, pre-travel comms and more for Caledonian Sleeper, Heathrow Express, Arriva Group, Omio and Uber. We also own 50% of On Track Retail (the other 50% is owned by the Go-Ahead Group). OTRL provides online ticket retailing for GTR (Southern, Gatwick Express, Great Northern and Thameslink) and also for Southeastern. Our team is highly experienced - collectively we have over 200 years’ experience in ticket retailing - and is innovative, collaborative and focused on the needs of the customer. We understand rail data and how rail retailing and information works, and bring solutions to life across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
