We recognise the enormous value of working closely with our customers to develop clear survey plans to ensure expectations are clearly defined, managed and delivered successfully. We emphasise the importance of defining and developing the project scope, survey methodology and required outputs for the data. We carefully outline the survey process and define the scope and success factors for the survey project to ensure the value and purpose of the survey is realised. Quality Our customers have multiple stakeholders within their organisations who have different needs for system and asset performance knowledge, information and data. We recognise and understand these requirements and therefore build our database systems with over 50 columns of information for each single asset. We provide a flexible approach to audit, review and analyse customer’s existing asset data, change processes and procedures. We make recommendations for improvement and design and implement supporting processes where gaps are identified. Our output data can be input into all industry CAFM software packages, we are experienced in working with all leading brands. As independent survey specialists we can advise on the best solution for your organisation. Our core business and specialism is to provide quality asset data, validate and verify existing data and to manage the end to end process to produce a solid foundation of quality asset knowledge across our customer estates.
