But people are complicated, and have behaviours and approaches which can be very different, and therefore confusing. So, we start with the individual first. Assiem Coaching goes back to the fundamentals of human behaviour, and then builds an understanding of how to transfer this knowledge across the different leadership needs in today’s busy organisations. We start with “using your strengths”. Yours, your teams, your customers. This comes from the principle of understanding yourself better and then the similarities/differences with others when interacting. This includes what motivates or demotivates, behaviours and beliefs, what sets off worries/anxiety/anger and what sets off positivity/creative thinking. This approach makes the skills easier to understand, easier to remember and easier to implement the minute it’s needed.
