Our contract users also receive priority on-site appointments, prioritized emergency response times and discounted on-site rates. New System Installation & Setup Available whether you wish to use us just once or at any point during a contract. We offer Installation and setup of new software, hardware or networks. Assist Business IT can also help with office or premises relocation. Pro-active Monitoring, Remote & Telephone Support All come as standard as part of our IT Support Contracts. Pro-Active monitoring allows us to determine faults before they cause a problem to the workforce. Non-contract clients may also use our remote support service on an ad-hoc basic once an account is in place. On-Site Support for Servers, Systems & Networks Available to clients on our IT Support Contracts at a discounted rate with priority emergency response and appointment times. Non-contract clients may also use this service on an ad-hoc basis once an account is in place. Website Design, Branding and Service Management Website Design & Development, Website Hosting, Email Management and related services management. All web services are available as a standalone service or as an add-on to an IT Support Contract.
