About Assist to Succeed (ATS) Consulting

We are a non-profit organisation that provides pro-bono advice and consulting to "for purpose" organisations that are looking to further enhance the reach of their mission and increase the impact they are making within their communities. Assist-To-Succeed (ATS) Consulting is a Not-For-Profit social enterprise established to provide management and consulting services to community organisations. Incorporated in 2014 with the assistance of a grant from the AMP Tomorrow Fund. It comprises of senior executive and management professionals who have chosen to provide their skills and experience in large corporations to the "for purpose" sector. - We volunteer our professional skills to assist charitable and non-profit organisations in achieving their own objectives effectively and efficiently. - We consult to organisations on general management, technology management and project management. - We mentor and enable the organisations to encourage capability development and self-sufficiency so they can increase effectiveness in servicing their community. - We provide the platform to reach out to the community of social services providers, and to volunteer consultants who are interested and are willing to respond to the call to contribute their skill and knowledge for the benefit of the community. - We aim at providing most of our services on a pro bono basis, and will only charge some services at a low rate to cover our basic administration and operating costs. Our goal is to develop and uplift the capability and maturity of the client organisation, including their people, strategy, process and governance.
