Over time, the family realized the services received by Ramona’s brother was less than acceptable. This realization caused Ramona to believe she could provide a service that would preserve the dignity of her clients. Under her close supervision, she ensures services are monitored, managed and her clients are cared for. Ramona believes that, “Each day I wake up proud of care we offer to individuals who need assistance in their home”.
