About Associação Cura+
The Cura + Association is a pharmaceutical volunteer association that develops Education and Health Promotion projects. Headquartered in Oporto, it was founded in October 2015 by students from the Faculty of Pharmacy of University of Porto. It consists of a multidisciplinary team, where students from different areas of education join forces, aiming to intervene civically for the development of the community around them. We have several institutional partnerships, highlighting the Order of Pharmacists, the National Association of Pharmacies, the City Council of Porto and the Foundation Manuel António da Mota. We believe that small gestures can transform lives and we work daily to transform Oporto into a city with less social and economic discrepancies; in a more solidary city, in a healthier city.
