Founded in 1953, Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales, Inc., operating as AAMSI, provides high quality, competitively priced Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, repair, and logistics support services for a wide range of products and platforms. Our facility has substantial organic manufacturing capability including, 3 and 5 axis Hurco CNC Machining Centers: 3, 4 and 5axis Mazak CNC Machining Centers along with two 2 axis Mazak Lathe and 4 axis Mazak Turning Centers. Rounding out our capabilities are surface grinding, honing, drilling, sawing, dry pressure/suction blasting, deburr, polish, a painting booth and quality inspection facilities. AAMSI can achieve high quality, on-time delivery of build to print structural manufactured parts. We have extensive experience and past performance in the repair and manufacture of legacy IFF transponders under license with the equipment’s design authority. Our past performance includes U.S. Government and Commercial end users, with AAMSI serving as a prime and subcontractor in fulfillment of these contracts. AAMSI’s role as a subcontractor has been in support of Northrop Grumman, as well as several PROS V and FMS prime contractors. All contracts were delivered complete on or ahead of contractual delivery dates and there have been no product quality deficiency reports. AAMSI is licensed by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman Corporation to design, manufacture and/or repair state-of-the-art and legacy electronic systems, including, IFF systems. We are proud to provide cables, boards, boxes, electronics design, manufacturing and repair of aerospace components and systems. We are also licensed by Honeywell to repair the Beam Forming Network (BFN) antenna that is used in the F-16 by various foreign militaries. AAMSI manages the repair of approximately 500 Black Hawk components via AAMSI’s supply chain of high-quality subcontractor facilities.
