About Associated Properties / API Lending

Associated Properties, Inc., a family-owned real estate & lending company, was founded back in 1964 and incorporated in 1973 by Albert George Geigele of Newport Beach California. His career in real estate & lending spanned over half a century. Albert retired back in 2015 at the age of 85. Those whom had the privilege to work with him will always remember him for his honesty, trust and devotion to the people, community and the industry he so truly loved. Associated Properties, Inc. has stayed in the family for well over 50 years now. Kimberly Geigele Oswald, Acting President & Owner, is continuing the legacy with her husband Daryl Ray Oswald, Acting Broker & CFO. We are proud to be of service!
