Refurbishment - In order to restore the existing windows to their former condition a full refurbishment scope can be undertaken. This includes: • Removal of paint back to bare metal either on site or by removal of the frames • Redecoration • Deglazing and re-glazing with double glazed units, where possible • Servicing opening vents • Burnishing and lacquering of ironmongery • Draught excluding • Perimeter sealing This scope also greatly improves the thermal and acoustic performance, however this can be tailored to meet budget and requirements. Replacement - As we are not tied into the one product we can listen and interpret Clients requirements then source the market for the most suitable product. Whether it is Aluminium, Steel and Timber sashes, we can offer a full design, manufacture and installation service. Condition Surveys & Reports - After listening to our Clients needs over recent years we are now offering Condition Surveys and Reports for projects. We can bring our wealth of knowledge to assess and document the condition of the fenestration of the building. We can produce a survey and report, which can include a CAD drawing of each window documenting its condition. These can then be used to compile quantities spreadsheets for later pricing. These surveys have the additional benefit of forming part of the operating and maintenance manuals at the completion of the works
