About Association For The Recovery Of Children

The Association for the Recovery of Children (ARC) is a non-profit dedicated to rescuing missing, abducted, and trafficked American children worldwide. Founded in 1993, ARC is led by former intelligence officers, military special operators, and law enforcement professionals. Our mission is to bring children home—at no cost to custodial parents. We don’t come home without the child. EQUIPPING COURSES: ARC hosts monthly Equipping Courses across the country, and are for any individual, organization, agency, law enforcement, government, or entities pursuing direct impact against sex trafficking through crime prevention, victim intervention, rescue, advocacy and direct services to survivors. The amazing part of the training courses is that there is no experience necessary. However, these courses are intense and fast-paced; be prepared to focus intently for long hours and learn. This course is not for the fainthearted nor for people with their own unresolved trauma who are thinking of themselves. It is for people who can boldly face the evil of sex trafficking sacrificially to save others. WARNING TO SURVIVORS! If you are a trafficking survivor or sexual abuse survivor, know that this course purposefully trains on how to combat all the tactics of sexual predators and traffickers. This is NOT A COURSE designed for healing, and YOU WILL LIKELY be triggered if you have not completely healed of your trauma. - ARC has already trained more than 750 anti child sex trafficking activists and rescuers - At least 60 sex trafficking victims have already been rescued by alumni of our equipping courses - More than 11 NEW Anti-Child-Trafficking Organizations or local task forces have launched, or are in the process, from alumni of ARC courses.
