About Association Leadership Partners
Association Leadership Partners (ALP) began with a conversation several years ago. As association professionals, we participated and collaborated through an “idea swap” hosted by our own professional organization (ASAE). Those conversations of sharing best practices and ideas while working for our respective associations began a relationship that has now culminated into our own company. We have a combined 50 years of experience in association management with diverse backgrounds that include governance, meeting planning, education, marketing, public relations, leadership development and business development. Mission: “Provide exceptional management solutions for health care associations that allow volunteer leaders freedom from day to day operations in order to focus on guiding their organizations into the future with setting strategic direction.” At ALP, we deeply believe in the following: • Commitment to delivery of excellence (Quality work): We are dedicated to providing quality management and producing exceptional results. We are not afraid to think outside the box, present new ideas and work hard to reach our goals. • Sharing information (Transparency): We believe that any relationship has to start with trust and honesty. Staff and volunteer leaders each have a role. The volunteer leaders set the direction and the staff implement. It is imperative that we maintain transparency in our work at all times. • Doing the right thing (Honesty): We can’t exist without this.
