Mission: Seeking to protect low-income Californians through collaboration and innovation Overview: The Association of California Community and Energy Services (ACCES) comprise of Community Action Agencies, community based organizations, non-profit and for-profit organiztions which provide services to low income households thoughout California. Our members operate a variety of programs including Community Services Block Grants, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), adminstered by the State Department of Community Services and Development, and the Low Income Energy Efficiency Programs administered by the California Public Utilities Commission (LIEE). Our members work to ensure that all low income Californians have adequate access to resources that exist to help fill the gaps.
