About Association of Texas EMS Professionals
The mission of the Association of Texas EMS Professionals (ATEMSP) is to advocate for and serve the Texas EMS Professional by providing tangible member benefits, legislative representation, professional networking and educational advancement. Texas Paramedics got together, with some even going to Austin to appear before legislative committees in early May 2015. A social media presence was established to share information about individual Texas EMS providers, and it became clear that we lacked a unified voice. These Texas Paramedics heard the calls of those on social media and we started the ATEMSP.
