About Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario
Association Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (ATCMPAO) was established to serve the licensed practitioners in Ontario. It was founded on April 1st, 2013, the day when traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture formally become a regulated health profession on Ontario, Canada. All members of this association are registered (licensed) TCM practitioners and acupuncturists of Ontario. ATCMPAO exists for the TCM practitioners of Ontario with the goal of supporting members in the spirit of professionalism and cooperation. The supports come in the form of representation, education, resource sharing and increased public awareness to create a unified, healthy and successful TCM practitioner community.
