We are honored to virtually serve teens (16+) & adults who are ready to face forward with nurturing support to address their trauma or life challenges, including crisis, posttraumatic stress, complex trauma, dissociation, dysphoria, anxiety, depression, panic, chronic illness, rekindling with loved ones, strengthening a new sense of safety, empowering desired change, and more. We are committed to practicing cultural humility and non-bias-affirming care. Our vision embraces the nature of individualized and community mental health and the importance of therapeutically nurturing safe wellness spaces, developing a sense of relief, creating lasting hope, safety in sharing, and passion for life. We are dedicated to providing individualized and group care, supported by multicultural evidence-based interventions, to help strengthen a stable recovery and community.
