About Assured Home Healthcare
We are Home Health Agency, providing professional medical & therapy services in the homes of Northwest Indiana. Skilled nursing, certified home health aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and medical social workers comprise our field staff. We have a knowledgeable office staff that tend to the administrative needs of our agency that coordinate and communicate with field staff, our patients and their families, physicians, and discharge planners at inpatient facilities to serve our small patient population to personalize patient care needs, giving the most time.
