Assured Lender Services, Inc. is an independent foreclosure trustee specializing in non-judicial commercial foreclosures. Our core focus has been and remains efficient, cost-effective, non-judicial foreclosure services in the highly specialized commercial asset market. We value service over volume and we are guided by an experienced and knowledgeable management team. Since 2008 we have handled non-judicial foreclosures of loans totaling over $9 billion. We provide our services throughout the Western United States, including Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. We also have strategic relationships with key service providers in Oregon and Washington. Assured's client base includes special servicers, law firms, private investment groups and individual investors and beneficiaries, located throughout the United States. We foreclose on loans with unpaid principal balances of all amounts, from under $100,000 to over $900 million. Through our involvement with the United Trustees Association and Special Assets Management Association and relationship with knowledgeable attorneys, Assured remains aware of and focused on the intricacies of, and changes in the law affecting, complex commercial foreclosures. As an independent foreclosure trustee, and through the use of technology, we are able to quickly adjust to the constantly changing legal environment impacting our clients, and to respond to the unique requirements and requests of our clients.
