Our valuers are recognised as expert interpreters of the property market and registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We are experienced with Argus Enterprise Software and Cougar Valuation Software. Our researchers are known for producing market-leading property reports and indices, as well as publications in various national and international real estate journals. Our project managers are experienced in residential, commercial, industrial and retail development. Professional registrations include The South African Council for Project & Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) and the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM).
