Like the universe at large, Asterian was created from chaos. Before Asterian, its founders delivered solutions to hundreds of customers, many in Fortune 500 companies, Federal agencies, and Department of Defense contractors. They’ve seen melt-downs, lay-offs, reorganizations, red herrings, lost proposals, and even some chicanery here and there. Under the employ of small and large companies alike, they experienced first-hand the results of others’ poor planning, unclear communication, and inattention to new technology. In this pain, they created Asterian and follow their own vision. Asterian uses agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Domain Driven Design to communicate with customers. In technology, Asterian uses the latest stable platforms to build and deploy solutions. With roots in Java and C++, its founders never hesitated to embrace alternatives as they became useful. Today, most of Asterian’s work incorporates MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.JS, putting software to work for its customers more quickly than ever before.
