We evaluate their circumstances from a unique perspective, rooted in financial planning, operational expertise, product and service evaluation and development, human resources, inventory management, market research, tax ramifications and strategic marketing. Starting with our interpretation of the key driving metrics (aka the details) we deliver a concise, cogent set of recommendations to increase profitability, often in preparation for a planned or optional exit strategy. We are resolute about only engaging with clients if, at the time of our recommendations, senior management is totally committed to achieving all mutually agreed goals and targets, including the recommended steps to achieve those goals and targets. This insures that our plans turn into reality and our clients realize the optimum benefits going forward. Our compensation is based only on our client’s success. Portfolio buyers and developers of businesses: We develop new and emerging concepts, businesses and companies from scratch and evolve existing concepts with innovative, often unconventional but pragmatic solutions, turning obscure details into profits, just like in our consulting practice. In some cases, we own or participate in the ownership of the businesses we develop. So, we are continually seeking like-minded partners, investors and even existing businesses to purchase.
