I'll help you set boundaries, better guard your own time, say 'no' and find out how to be more effective in your business, without working more or harder. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT? 1. I don't believe in glorifying busyness or productivity. I don't believe that having your own business means having to work all the time or to be on social media all the time. Instead, I can teach you how to set boundaries, prioritise and be more effective--so that you can work on the things that move your business forward, while adding plenty of things that give you joy to your days. 2. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, to feel like you need to work all the time. In the past years I’ve made changes to my life that have radically improved my work-life balance. These changes aren't life hacks, but sustainable changes that I can support you to make too. 3. I'm really good at providing clarity and creating calm in my clients' feelings of chaos. I combine mindset shifts and practical strategies by having you explore why you're feeling overwhelm, and giving you sustainable tools to change that.
