Where customers have challenging environments or complex requirements we come into our own, which is why we have delivered some of the most interesting solutions in the Market from wireless networks on ships, to satellite overlay networks across holiday parks. We like to engage with our customers at a technical and operational level, really understand the needs of the business and its desired outcomes, and then suggest a design or recommend a solution that is fit for purpose. Sometimes, this can be very simple and our knowledgeable and experienced team can provide something very quickly, and other times this can require a greater level of consideration and thought before coming up with a suggestion. What we never do is try to ‘tyre lever’ a product or vendor to fit a customer issue if the solution is not right.
