Mediation [Business & Family] Except for situation (b), and sometimes (d), mediation is cost-effective and too often misunderstood or underestimated in term of results. Litigation Considering the judiciary organization in the Middle East, we aim to accompany our clients not only through a successful process but also via a communication that helps coping with the underlying uncertainty of well-grounded claim. Our Advisory Services We believe that humankind is organized under the premise of trust and “imaginary orders” that aim to enable transactions, projects and interactions; however, change of circumstances, material or psychological, or simply the lapse of time and resulting memory loss, do happen constantly and may affect trust-based arrangements or projects. Our role is to enhance the level of security over such arrangement/project and enable it to be longer or even ever-lasting.
