asynco is an international community of practice for those exploring, pioneering and shaping the future of work. Multiple global forces are converging to accelerate shifts in the way we work. Within the knowledge economy, demand for distributed, asynchronous, hybrid and remote work is on the rise. asynco members convene to share knowledge, expertise, insights and good practices about the future of work, as it is being created. With backgrounds in a range of backgrounds including knowledge management, enterprise social networks, workplace learning, digital collaboration tools, internal communication, enterprise technology, organisation design and development, next-generation hiring and vital skills education and transfer, members share a passion for creating inclusive and engaging workplaces where all contributors enjoy their work.
