About AtA Ministries

The vision of AtA Ministries is to heal families through the introduction of God given roles of men as fathers and husbands. We began building the ministry in June, 2015 when I spoke at a Christian Men’s “Legacy” Conference, conducted in Trinidad, in association with the Evangelical Church of the West Indies. I currently provide consulting services to the Evangelical Church of the West Indies (a group of 57 churches across 8 Islands) through: • Deep, effective development and implementation of training and onboarding of local men. • 100% investment of the local church (Top Tier Priority). • Constant and consistent creation of new men’s groups and close-knit family environments. • Clear rating mechanisms for personal responsibility/accountability in socioeconomic decision making and strategic responsible living. • Noticeable and measurable assent to improvement in the families of individual men. • Sustained “Legacy Building” through leadership, child raising, and group expansion, as a result of engagement and integration processes. Our Goal (6-Step Strategic Plan) is as follows: 1. Connect men with their local church(es). 2. Model responsible Christ-like behavior/lifestyles. 3. Lead men toward a decision for Christ. 4. Integrate men into the fabric of the local church. 5. Lead and train men to be responsible to his children and their moms. 6. Equip churches and parents for cultural change 7. Enhance IT Infrastructure/Reliability To build and maintain momentum, we have established the following sub-ministry teams, to ensure widespread success: • Evangelism • Information Technology (IT) • Family Ministry (Men, Women, and Children) • Prison Ministry (Including Pre/Post Prison Intervention) • Addiction Recovery • Occupational/Trades Training • Financial Accountability
