Our experienced counseling team provides culturally competent therapy for adults, couples, seniors, children, teens, expecting/new moms and families. We offer a person-centered approach that is supportive, safe and nonjudgmental. Specialties include treatment for depression & perinatal depression; anxiety; grief; trauma; behavioral disorders; relationship issues; PTSD for first responders and military; LGBTQ+ mental health; and senior and caregiver mental health. We are a trusted source for many physicians and health care providers statewide. It's a priority to us that we pair the right therapist to a client's specific needs for the best possible growth and healing. In-person and telehealth sessions are available.
