Atchariser (Pty) Ltd is a 100 % Black owned South African company that produces a condiment called Atchar Sauce and it is built on offering the freshest, highest quality and best value within its authentic products. Atchar in its original form needed a facelift while maintaining its original taste to cater for changing times and markets. Within its current product range, Chilli-do offers its Atchar Sauce in three flavours that appeal to its market. These flavours are Original, Chilli & Garlic. Since tits establishment, there has been consistent growth with Chilli-Do brand and its sales program. The sales program has focused on local and regional butchery chains (Roots Butcheries, Hokaai Butcheries, Meat World and some smaller retailers around the newly established factory. The increased sales over time has also led to the decrease in the production cost its primary product, Atchar Sauce. VISION • to provide the best locally produced Atchar Sauce and Atchar products to the local and regional consumer market. • to produce and supply fresh, unique, and quality condiment to the consumer market • create opportunity within communities to prosper through food security MISSION Chilli-Do aims to serve changing consumer tastes with its unique Atchar sauce. OBJECTIVES • Increase production of Chilli-Do sauce • Increase sales significantly over the next 12 months. • Improve and maintain gross margin % over the current production process. • Add additional products and services to meet market demand. • Improve inventory turnover and reduce the cost of goods sold while maintaining the high quality of the products. • Provide jobs that are rewarding and fulfilling to current and future employees. • Chilli-Do aims to expand its training and socio economic development program.
