atelier marsh was formed in 2018 by Johnny Marsh as a continuation of his design journey after a quarter of a century in the hospitality design industry collaborating on a multitude of concepts and projects worldwide. Johnny has had the fortune to be involved in leadership roles in the design of over fifty restaurant and hotel projects in New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Kyoto, Guangzhou, Mumbai, Beijing, Beirut, Seoul, Washington D.C., Bangkok, Cairo, Shenzhen, London... These projects include Rosewood, Park Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt, Marriott, Inter-Continental, Sofitel, W, Andaz and Rosewood Hotels. As the founder and design principal of atelier marsh, Johnny personally designs and oversees all aspects of every project from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that he is always in control and focused on crafting each project with the Client and project team. Project formulation, design and execution are Johnny’s expertise based on decades of experience and he has maintained consistently positive relationships with the many clients and hotel companies that he has collaborated with over the years.
