Strength Therapy Strength Therapy training is designed to help anybody get pain free and on a path to performance. If you have an injury that is preventing you from reaching your optimal performance, then Strength Therapy is for you. Athlete Performance Programme APP© is a training programme, specifically designed for athletes or graduates of the full strength therapy journey. It is also aimed at individuals who are seeking new training methods to boost their performance.
