About Athletes Mindset Academy
We are all certified Life and Weight Coaches from the Life Coach School, and here is a little more about each of us: Amy Twiggs was a US National Team member and NCAA Stanford gymnast. She has a degree in psychology and has spent 20 years coaching athletes on their mindset. She currently owns her own gym. Stacie Fletcher has spent many years deeply involved in the elite gymnastics world from the media side, including a trip to Rio to cover USA gymnastics in 2016. She is also a former gymnast and club coach. Ali Havel was an NCGA All American gymnast and assistant collegiate coach. She has a Master’s degree in Human Performance. She is also a Larry Nassar survivor who has used the tools we teach to find emotional freedom and healing.
