About ATIDA - HaDaSim
Atida promotes Ultra-Orthodox women as software engineers in the IDF and other national security systems in Israel. This initiative faces different needs in the Ultra- Orthodox society and allows the IDF to enjoy a quality and stable human resource. Through this program we wish to encourage acceptance and tolerance, to educate both societies about each other, and to assist the Israeli economic system, by: ⦿ Creating more quality work power within the Ultra-Orthodox society ⦿ Training more software engineers, which is in high demand in the Israeli High Tech employment market.
