We then work with owners to select the appropriate team of consultants as needed, such as, Architects, Designers, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Purchasing Agents and Installers. Finally, we supervise the Hotel Construction or Hotel Renovation, ensuring completion to brand standards, budget and required timeline. We supervise all the work at the property, handle progress payment process and ensure completion with full punch-out inspection of the finished project.
