We work with investors to buy value-add multifamily real estate in great markets in FL and NC. Through active, hands-on management, we're able to buy underperforming properties and reposition/stabilize them through strong operations, strategic renovations, and improved management. We target returns of 15-25% over a 3-5 year hold on Multifamily Assets built between 1960 and 2010.
