Atlantic Office Technologies, Inc is a DSP (Document Solutions Provider) that has been involved in the copier business in Southern Virginia for over 20 years. Our loyal customers keep coming back because we go to great lengths to make sure our customers feel like they are dealing with us as people and not a faceless business. We represent Kyocera* and Copystar MFP brands but our customers think of us as "valuable service team". Most of our clients know us by our first names: Amiee, Arnold, Rich, and Lori. We believe in personalized customer service. When customers call us during normal office hours, they get a live person and not a machine. Why have a Copier, Printer, and a separate fax machine, when you can have one device for all your document needs. Color, black & white or a simple PDF conversion are just a few of the features our machines offer. Also, converting to PDF from paper. We will personally train you to set up your machine. We would love you to stop by our new office in Chesapeake and show you a demo of our state of the Art Kyocera. We also offer used machines for lease or purchase if you cannot afford new. Coming off a lease or just unhappy with your current machine or vendor, We will be happy to provide a competitive quote for you!
