About Atlantic Tape and Packaging
Atlantic Tape and Distributing was founded in 1975 by Richard Lawrimore to serve the retail market through packaged pressure sensitive tapes. The family-owned business was originally located in Fayetteville, Georgia. Our commitment was to ensure the best cost savings by providing professional service and quality products. Richard soon realized the potential the company had to become a major supplier of industrial tapes and packaging products. In 2008, Atlantic Tape outgrew its home in Fayetteville, relocated to its current location in Peachtree City, Georgia and became Atlantic Tape and Packaging. In November 2012, Mike Benton and Brian Kemp joined Richard as partners. Since that time, Atlantic Tape has rededicated its pledge to become the most comprehensive packaging resource for our customers. Our commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service, quality products, and professionalism is unequaled in our industry. Our sales professionals are focused and trained on improving your bottom line through process improvements, new product introduction, and automation. In March of 2018, Atlantic Tape and Packaging moved to a new location just half a mile south of our old building. The new facility is over 130,000 square feet and will allow us to continue to grow. We look forward to seeing you soon! We are proud of the history and traditions that made Atlantic Tape and Packaging what it is today and we are excited about our future.
