About Atlas International Technology Services Inc
Atlas is unique in that our company was created by Field Engineers with an entrepreneurial spirit. Because of this, we recognize the specific needs and character traits of the Field Engineer who ultimately provides service to your end customers. This allows us to build personal relationships with each of our FE’s. Because of this you can be sure when an Atlas field Engineer arrives onsite, he or she will be on time, with the required tools and skills, and you can rest assured the job will be completed successfully. Atlas currently has over 150 Field Engineers located in the lower 48 states. Our network of Field Engineers is currently growing by 5 to 10 a week. We also have FE’s in Puerto Rico and Canada. If you have a strong need for an FE in a particular region and we do not have one available, we will begin recruiting in that area in an attempt to best serve our Vendors. Our FE’s are skilled in all aspects of networking, to include but not limited to TTU, IP troubleshooting, Structured Wiring, Digital Media boards, Hardware Troubleshooting, Circuit Upgrades, Replacement and Repair, Media Players, POS, Network Equipment Replacement and Inventory, CCTV, DVR, NVR, Access Control, and have the ability to address any and all Troubleshooting Tickets. We also have the ability to cover most areas with qualified Alarm Technicians.
