By using digital securities powered by blockchain technology, Atlas One will solve private capital markets' pain points. Digital securities are digital representations of traditional securities and financial interests (i.e. equity, debt, or fund units). Digital securities allow the ownership and transaction of all types of assets to be recorded on the blockchain. Moreover, the implementation of smart contracts automatizes the execution of legal characteristics of traditional contracts.
