Atlas Renewable LLC (Atlas) was formed as an investment vehicle that serves as a bridge between China Tianying Group (CNTY) and SkyTower Energy and companies outside of China that have developed transformative technologies in the energy transition space. China’s ambitious goals of reaching Carbon Peak by 2030 and Carbon Neutrality by 2060 are driving a huge demand for solutions that will allow China to achieve success. We are proud to be an effective vehicle for US and European companies determined to play a role in combating climate change who want to enter the world’s largest market in a way that protects intellectual property and that capitalizes on the Atlas partners’ presence in the China market and the commitment to achieving success while upholding the highest of international standards for business conduct. Atlas Renewable LLC was formed in January of 2022 to effectuate a $50 million investment in Energy Vault Holdings, Inc. (Energy Vault) (NYSE: NRGV) and to facilitate a License Agreement with Energy Vault for developing the Chinese market for deployment of their gravity-based energy storage and power generation technology. This investment and the strategic partnership that was formed is a prototype for collaboration that Atlas strives to replicate.
