We have no MOQs with our flat rate for projects under 1,500 units. 12,000 sq ft facility with 24/7 pressurized clean room environment for production with an Ecolab certified washroom. Certifications include ISO:9001 & ISO:22716, along with our annual FDA (3014169668) & MoCRA (080269919) registrations & processes that meet the requirements to be an OTC cosmetic repackaging facility. Custom built food grade supply pumps as well as machine valves for abrasive products like concealer, scrubs, toothpaste and other materials that cause havoc on non-treated stainless that prevents contamination. Ability to work with all bulk product containers. Standard size tooling in house for plastic and metal tubes from 16mm-50mm (0.25oz - 11oz Fill capacity) In-line checkweighers to ensure fill target. Scrap rates usually under 1%. Lot code crimping and printing on tube & IFC packaging. Heat chambers & jacketed hoppers available for products that need to be heated prior to fill like concealers and thick ointments/balms. All Incoming & outgoing bulk is micro tested at our third party lab.
