The training model provides master training through direct internship enabling trainees gain core hands-on competence through real life practical experience and mentorship for skilled, freelance and new start-up professionals who has shown satisfactory level of competence in becoming, a lead trainer, trainee assistance, project supervisor and project manager. The ATM Project offers variety of programs such as the Skill-Up Workshop (usually tagged the ”Entrepreneurial Development Work (EDW)”, Skill Up Master Class, Skill-Up Train The Trainer (TTT), Start-Up, Tech-Up and Research Projects.
