MEARS Silicon Technology (MST™) is the first material/product designed by Atomera for use in CMOS semiconductors. The Company has engaged in MST™ CMOS demonstration and evaluation programs with several of the world’s Top 10 semiconductor manufacturers and R&D facilities. These programs have confirmed that, using MST™ CMOS, both transistors types ‐‐ nMOS and pMOS ‐‐ can be scaled smaller, made faster and more energy efficient, and more reliable. Deployment on in wafer fabs is low cost, using equipment already employed by many in the Semiconductor Industry, and without the need for exotic new materials.
