About Atrium Group

Established in 2018, Atrium Group are a London based recruitment and executive search consultancy specialising in the construction industry. We work with blue chip main contractors and developers in the UK, Ireland and North America sourcing white collar staff from Assistant to Director level across operations, commercial, technical and administrative disciplines. We partner exclusively with our clients working on a vacancy by vacancy basis in order to find them the right individual. For us relationships matter and this is why we have been working with the same clients for several years providing a personal and honest service to each person we work with. In a currently saturated market where companies are being littered with CVs we take a very different approach and provide a face to face service to our clients throughout the whole process. From taking a requirement and putting a plan in place through to presenting a final short list face to face, this 'one on one' service leads to strong relationships being built from both sides and therefore results in consistent delivery of the right candidate. Our approach is very much focused on headhunting prospective candidates according to the brief we've been given by our client. By using a very thorough process we will deliver a shortlist of strong candidates sourced through intensive research as well as through recommendations and our own network. We offer both contingency and retained options and have completed several additional 'added value' assignments for clients too, from salary surveys to interview training.
