About ATS Mechatronics
ATS Mechatronics S.r.l. is specialized in design, manufacturing and commissioning of equipment for metal industry plants. The headquarters is in the North East of Italy in Trasaghis (UD). All machines are manufactured in our workshop. The product portfolio includes tying machines for bundles (TMB400), packs (TMP 500), sub bundles (TMS 150). Automation software is developed in accordance with the requirements of the plant to achieve the best performance results by ATS technical department in collaboration with AIC specialists and using the service of all AIC group including USA, Brazil, India, Spain and Germany. ATS machines are assembled and tested in house before their delivery for a short and smooth start up on site. The company was incorporated in 1993 as Applicazioni Tecnologiche Siderurgiche S.p.A. Over the years, the company has established itself as a service company for steel and rolled product manufactures around the world due to the production of machines with personalized settings based on individual customer needs. In particular, tying machines for bundles and packages have reached a very high level of customer satisfaction and become one of the leading products in the market. On July 26, 2019, Applicazioni Tecnologiche Siderurgiche (ATS) S.p.A was acquired by Automazioni Industriali Capitanio (AIC) S.r.l. and renamed to ATS Mechatronics S.r.l., which has maintained the high level of quality and experience customers expect. Since then, ATS’ Tying machines have a highly reliable and the fastest tying system available in the market. It can perform tight and loose ties with single and double turns.
