At attn: plus, we help student-athletes win in sport, school, and life - by teaching them how to leverage the mindset and habits they’ve built on the field. Most high-performing athletes already have what they need to succeed beyond sports. Discipline. Focus. Resilience. What they often lack is the system to apply those traits intentionally - in the classroom, at home, and into adulthood. That’s where we come in. We start by identifying the student-athlete’s goals - not just athletic or academic, but personal, social, and future-focused. Then we build a system to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Our coaching combines one-on-one guidance, group sessions, and cohort-based courses. We create customized progress reports and hold regular feedback loops with families. We also collaborate with coaches and teachers - aligning the people in a young athlete’s life around shared priorities and purpose. Most importantly, we coach attention - not just effort. We help student-athletes figure out where to direct their energy, how to make better decisions, and what success actually looks like across all areas of life. Because one day, they won’t be students. And they won’t be athletes. But they’ll still know how to win.
