Atvance Academy is a 80% black-owned, level 1 B-BBEE and SAQA-accredited organisation. Formed with the express purpose of partnering with organisations in order to reduce unemployment and upskill the youth of South Africa, the Academy continues to prove its worth, with our expertise in skills training optimisation having resulted in a 100% success rate in verification submissions. In addition to being associated with the government’s unemployment initiative, our solution is aligned with the Skills Development Act, allowing us to grow the South African workforce by encouraging employers to make provision for ongoing education and skills development. Further to this, we are also affiliated with the government’s National Skills Development Plan, which allows organisations to implement skills development training while optimising their B-BBEE points. Implementing skills development training allows sponsor organisations the opportunity to alleviate some of the country’s socio-economic problems.
