Aujourd'hui, Au Pain Doré adhère aux mêmes valeurs que ses fondateurs et c’est toujours avec la même passion et attention que ses équipes vous accueillent en boutique. We prepare and bake the majority of our products, with freshness and quality at heart. Founded by Roland Etienne in 1956, Au Pain Doré has dedicated itself with passion to the art of traditional French baking, serving mainly hoteliers and prestigious restaurants in the Montreal area.
