About Auburn University Dance Marathon

Auburn University Dance Marathon was a student-led philanthropic organization at Auburn University dedicated to supporting pediatric healthcare through year-long fundraising efforts. Over the course of 14 years, AU Dance Marathon raised more than $4.5 million to benefit the children and families receiving care at the Children's Hospital at Piedmont Columbus Regional. Anchored by a 12-hour Main Event each spring, AU Dance Marathon brought together the campus and community to celebrate hope, resilience, and the power of collective action. Though no longer active under the AU Dance Marathon name due to a transition in organizational identity and partnership, the legacy of AU Dance Marathon lives on through the countless lives it impacted and the students who poured their hearts into a cause greater than themselves.
